Reaper [Soul Screamers, Book 4.1] {Audiobook Review}

This novella was decent enough. It was somewhat of a prequel to the series from Todd’s perspective. Much of it we already knew about, but it gave us a deeper look into Todd, which came in handy to know by the time Book 5 came around. I kind of wish we could have learned even more about Todd but I suspect we learned just enough to keep us interested in his part in the series. At the beginning of the series, Todd seemed like he was going to be the annoying, mischievous reaper throughout the series; sometimes helping out but mostly just being in the way. But now, I have grown attached to Todd and may even like him more than Nash. This is a quick book and I think it is definitely worth the listen.

Narrator – Anthony Haden Salerno

Anthony was a good narrator. It was just weird hearing his voice as Todd after listening to the first four books with Amanda Ronconi narrating his voice. His female voices weren’t the greatest, but I have yet to find a male narrator that does good female voices.
